The next step to choosing a location is to research the area. Every franchisee is responsible for securing his or her own location. All potential sites must be presented to us for approval. Some important considerations when looking for a possible location for your franchise are the following: demographic characteristics and population density, traffic and parking parameters, and the importance of site visibility. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the franchisee.

We will furnish you an aesthetic layout, sketch and basic specification for your outlet layout. Franchisee is responsible for customizing the basic plan to the dimension of the proposed location.

 

As a franchisee, you are required to purchase the equipment and supplies from us. You will be provided with a Procurement Program to guide you upon purchasing of all the supplies that you need to set up the outlet.

 

Prior to and upon opening, INKE representative will assist you with training of personnel, acquiring of equipment and inventory supplies, and arranging the outlet opening.

 

INKE spent a great deal of time and effort developing its services, systems and accepts no compromise in quality or control. In this regard, we required franchisee and staffs to complete our training program and demonstrate mastery of basic skills.
